Magical Mystery Tour - trip stats

A note on trip statistics so far...

I bought the car in early January with 58 miles on it... currently, it has about 5010 on the odometer. Those of you who successfully passed 3rd grade math will know that in the past month I have put a little over 4,950 highway miles on. When I left Michigan, on January 23rd, I had 2,714 miles on the new wheels, putting me at a grand total of 2,296 miles in the last 12 days - 185 miles a day.

• January 13 - Maine to Philly: 415 miles
• Jan 15 - Philly to Lucasville, OH: 542 miles
• Jan 17 - Luc'ville to Columbus: 80 miles
• Jan 19 - Columbus to MI: 220 miles
• Jan 23 - MI to Chicago: 294 miles
• Jan 28th - Chicago to St. Louis: 298 miles
• Jan 30th - St. Louis to Memphis: 284 miles
• Jan 31st - Memphis to Norman, OK: 480 miles
• Feb 1st - Norman to Austin, TX: 372 miles

That's a lot of miles - not recommended unless you are a trained professional.

4,950 miles spread across, for the most part, 9 days of travel. Ouch.
